This method only provides the "average value," making it impossible to grasp the variation (size fluctuations) of individual droplets or to detect defective droplets individually, while also carrying the risk of human error due to manual handling. VERMES's "DVS Droplet Volume Measurement System" is an automated flow sensor measurement system that resolves all these issues. By incorporating a sensor device (DVD) directly into the discharge line of the VERMES valve in an inline design, it automatically calculates and verifies the discharge amount for each droplet without interrupting production at all.
